Description
Our Digital Pendulum Impact Tester Model BIT-300-ASTM is designed for conducting CHARPY, IZOD and IMPACT TENSION test.
The test method conforms to IS:1757-1973, and IS: 1499-1977, and BS: 131 Part 2&3- 1972 IS: 1598-1977, BS: 131 Part 1-1972.
The impact energy absorbed by the specimen during rupture in measured as the difference between the height of drop before repute and the height of rise after rupture of the test specimen and is read on the dial scale.
Application
Impact tests are utilized to study a material’s toughness, which is a key property that plays a significant role in the longevity of a structure.
They are widely utilized for purposes such as material acceptance, research and development, and quality control. The test results are normally presented as the energy needed for fracturing the test piece.

Description
BJBS-N series semi-automatic impact tester is mainly used to determine the anti-impact capability of ferrous metal materials with high toughness, especially for steel and iron and their alloy, under dynamic load. For both the Charpy and IZOD test method.
This series tester is operated semi-automatically, the pendulum of the machine can be raised or released automatically. Be applicable for continuing testing in different kinds of laboratories and other metallurgy industrial manufactories.
